Hi Team,

I need a binding variable to allow the second level approver to view the first level approver in the email template.

Can anyone please resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Srinivas

Try these binding variables:

${approvedBy.username}

$\{allApprovers.collect(it.username)}

@adarshk, Thanks for you response

Just a small correction, The next approver should identify the original approver if a request is escalated to them.

what is the binding variable for that.

Currently there are no variable exposed for same.

In each email template you need to fetch using consider previous level.

For example

Manager escalation then you can print user.manager
