Moving specific user set and artifacts to a different Saviynt instance

Hello all,

Is it possible to migrate a specific set of users and Saviynt artifacts like roles, entitlements, rules, workflows etc. from one Saviynt instance to another in case there is an organization split? If yes, can anyone please share what might be the steps?

Will appreciate any guidance on this topic.
