Mover campaign stuck in Launching state

Hi,

We have configured the mover campaign and its launch whenever the users title or cost center updated 

it's working fine for the last 2 years without any issues but recently we saw issues like the campaign being stuck in the launching state 

1 campaign was stuck on 13th May and another campaign was stuck on 16th May but on these same days few other mover campaigns launched successfully

here is the error we saw 

ERROR listeners.ExceptionPrinterJobListener - Exception occured in job: Attestation.CampaignJob
org.quartz.JobExecutionException: Metaspace [See nested exception: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Metaspace]
 at org.quartz.core.JobRunShell.run(JobRunShell.java:199)
 at org.quartz.simpl.SimpleThreadPool$WorkerThread.run(SimpleThreadPool.java:546)
Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Metaspace
 
anyway to resume that stuck campaign or any configuration that needs to validate

Hi @Arbendra 

Can you provide ES timeout configurations set in your environment? You should be able to find them under Global Configuration.

Please provide current configs for below attributes:

Elastic Search Connection Timeout

Elastic Search Socket Timeout

Elastic Search Maximum Retry Timeout

Is there enough space available on the server? Have you checked that?

Hi Dgandhi,

I have created a Freshdesk ticket to check the information you asked  as I don't have the privileges to validate it

I got the below response of your queries

Saviynt support team didn't receive any alert related to the memory issue and the team also confirmed that the elastic server was up and running

I got a response that such issues never occur in EIC's latest version due to guard rail implementation

Would like to know the solution of this issue (Campaign stuck in Launching State), facing the same issue.

Hi Rushikeshvartak,

This issue has not been resolved, it happed only twice last 2 years apart from the 2 instances that happened on 13th May, 16th May. Mover campaigns are launching  daily without any issue

we are trying to figure out why that happened on these days and how we ensure, that will never happen in future

Any solution about it? We are under v23.6 and we are not able to launch any campaigns aince two days in DEV.
