Monitoring Saviynt Connect 2.0

Hi,

What methods are available for monitoring the VPN.  We had an instance where the VPN was down, so alert emails could not get through.

We'd prefer something that is not based on email, and not reliant on the tunnel itself.

Thanks for that, but it's not quite what I'm after.

I need 2 things:

1) A Dashboard, probably outside the Sav system itself, detailing status for e.g. connectors, system health, VPN.   On a good day it should all be green with recent dates for last import on connectors.

2) Alerting for anything out of the ordinary.  Connector failed, not run, not run for XY hours, VPN down etc.   Email is not great for this, need something a little more "Enterprise".  Is all this info available through the API maybe?

Unfortunately we do not have a provision to create dashboards with all the details you've asked for.
