Modify Account Button not visible for active accounts

In the request module, modify button is not visible for active accounts. I have checked the following:

1. User trying to modify the account has Role_admin role

2. Endpoint is Requestable

3. Disable modify account is unchecked (not turned on) at endpoint level

 

Is there any other root cause for this issue? Please advise!

@LoneWolf2020 , did you attach the workflow in security system?

  • Did you enabled inflight mode ?
  • Does any pending task open for application?

Can you just confirm if the status of the account is active or not?
