Mapping one entitlement to multiple Entitlements using one csv file

Hello,

 The "Upload entitlement map from csv" option can only be used for a specific entitlement and from within that entitlement.

I am trying to find a way to map just one entitlement to a given set of entitlements. Is there way to do it using a single csv upload instead of adding that entitlement to each entitlement individually ?

There is no workaround available for same. You can do via Query
