Manager Information in Ticket Details

Hi all,

We have a requirement, where we need to check whether a User is a Manager or Not.
If a User is a Manager, we should pass the " Yes " string in the Ticket body. Otherwise we should pass the string "No" in the Ticket body.
What query/condition should I use in the Create Ticket JSON?
How should I implement the above requirement ? 

Any suggestions, please.

  • Option 1 - You need to use flag (customproperty ) of user and set if user is manager or not.
  • Option 2 - Use dynamic attribute and use dynamic attribute in ticket json
