Logical endpoint - Add Access Provisioning Error

We are getting following error 

when we trying to provision "add access" task in AD logical endpoint 

Error while creating account in AD - No signature of method: com.saviynt.ecm.services.SaviyntCommonUtilityService.generatePswd() is applicable for argument types: (null, null, null, null, null) values: [null, null, null, null, null] Possible solutions: generatePswd(int, int, int, int, int)

Has anyone seen this error below?

This seems code issue raise FD ticket. Meanwhile check password policy values set under connection or password policy

but this is logical endpoint (EntitlementOnly).. I am not sure why password is related..
