Logical AD application - Entitlements not visible in accounts after Access Import

Hi,

We have created a logical AD application and imported 2 entitlements from the Base AD through endpoint filter query. We ran the Account Import job and were successfully able to import the accounts. However, access is not visible in the entitlement hierarchy or the associated entitlements section of the accounts in the logical application. Please note, we are able to see the entitlements assigned  to the account in Base AD application but not in the logical application. How do we solve this?

Thanks & Regards,

Sinchana

  • Does filter logic matches with actual entitlement?
  • share logic and logs

@SinchanaC  Check Base connector

1 .ENTITLEMENT_ATTRIBUTE ?

2.Logical endpoint Entitlement type Entitlement Name and ENTITLEMENT_ATTRIBUTE should be same check ?

Thanks,
Raghu

Hi @SinchanaC , what is the behaviour after running access import?

Check if the child account is referenced to base account?
