Log viewer completely empty

Hello,

We have a problem with our log viewer. We just got our Testing instance to work on implementing Saviynt with a customer, but our log viewer is completely empty. We have the correct SAV Role and feature access to be able to see the log viewer & we have made a connection and tested this to make sure some logs would appear in the log viewer. 

The screenshot below are the logs from the last 7 days. As you can see, "No results found" pops up.

Can you let us know with role_admin sav role as well you are not able to view the logs?

Yes, even with the role_admin SAV role, we are not able to view the logs.

Hi @robin_gorris 

I would suggest you to raise a FD ticket as even with role_admin if logs are not coming, there might be some issue

We have already made a FD ticket to get some help on this issue. We thought maybe somebody on the forums had an idea on how to fix this. 

Did it ever worked before ? If no then freshdesk ticket
