Limit user from adding entitlements

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we have an entitlement type, and we want to restrict user requesting the entitlement on ARS page. He can only remove the entitlements he has of that particular entitlement type but cannot add.

We tried different options present at the entitlement type request option but none of them worked.

Is there any way we can achieve this?

@saviyntGeek , try something like this . I have tested it and it is working. User wont see any entitlement to request when they click on add. But they can remove already added ones

Hi @saviyntGeek , you can hide those entitlement by applying the filer under config for requestable.
