Can anyone confirm if below job is correct to create revoke task when end date become past date?

Paste date you can’t create. You can create future end date which some time difference .

 past date create actionable analytics

Yes that's correct. This will take care of revoke task when end date becomes current or past the current date, Assuming that when user got access it got future end date.
