Issue with MS Exchange

Issue - New account tasks are getting errored out with error while creating account.

MS Exchange connection is successful.

Onprem exchange Job is successful.

No changes have been made to connection or jobs.

The issue I've been facing involves an error with our applications and jobs, which resulted from switching the virtual machine where Saviynt is hosted. Although the problem on Saviynt’s end has been resolved, I'm still encountering issues with provisioning new account tasks. Despite the connection and job showing as successful, there are errors in the logs indicating that the provisioning is not completing as expected.

500 error come if there is error on the Json and if the operation you are trying got failed in the target.

Can you share the CreateAccount JSON and logs in the Text file?

After changing the server in create account JSON it is working thanks for your response @stalluri
