Issue while submitting request from ARS

Hi Team,

When a new request for an endpoint E1 is sumitted by selecting a role r1 (Here entilement selection is drop down - Single Select), it shows below error screen.

But, in backend when we check Request History, request is successfully created/submitted.

Please be note that this behaviour is seen in v24.2 but for that same endpoint when we submit the request in our current version v5.5SP3 we don't see any issues (Compared Security System Endpoint and Connection configs and all the configs are same in both the versions v5.5SP3 and v24.2). 

Please help to fix this issue.

@NM - I have validated the workflow. There's no difference in workflow in both versions, even I tried with autoapproval workflow but no luck..

• Please share logs and also validate network logs. 
• Does application having SoD ?
• Does microservice job is ran successfully ?

Did you tried after restart ?
