Issue in establishing connection

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue while connecting to one of our oracle DB application, we are trying to establish connection through oracle SQL developer, but from app team we got to know that we need to connect using SSH via bastion host.

Can anyone help us on that? how can we connect?

Could you please provide more details on this matter? Specifically, we would like to understand which team communicated the requirement for establishing a connection via SSH through a bastion host. Was this directive conveyed by the Saviynt internal team or your internal application team? Clarity regarding the source of this instruction would be greatly appreciated.
