is there way to remove old enterprise role and assign new role with a rule?

We are assigning roles to users based on a value defined in one of their customproperty. I am exploring some options for Movers, and wanted to see if there is a way to remove enterprise_role1 and then assign enterprise_role2 based on the user's customproperty change imported from HR? I am open to doing it with two different rules. Only issue is I am unable to do anything other than assign enterprise roles on technical rules?

Did you check from User Update Rule?

If condition match, deprovision selected Enterprise Role and also run Birthright technical rule to assign new Enterprise Role.
