Is it possible to disable/remove the "remove" button from the ARS page

It is not possible to disable/remove the 'delete' button for the entitlements since it gives flexibility to remove an entitlement during request.

@HsoumareThanks for sharing the config but that will work only in case of accounts. From@Debankita's screenshot looks like she is referring to entitlements.

The screenshot shows the capability to Add or Remove the Entitlement Via ARS and not the account.

As mentioned by @DaanishJawed This feature is being utilized to remove any existing entitlements. hence this cannot be removed.

If there are a set of entitlements which you don't want the end users to be able to remove, then you may use the configuration "Config for Selected Entitlement in ARS" in the entitlement type configurations.  You can specify a query like the following which will show/hide entitlements based on that query:  ev.entitlement_value not like '%Admin%'  --> This will not show any entitlement which contains the word Admin and is already assigned to the user. 

"Config for Requestable Entitlement in ARS" --> Similarly this can be used to show/hide entitlements which you don't want the users to be able to request for those entitlement types.
