Is it possible to bulk modify the Risk field for Entitlements?

We have a situation where we need to modify the risk field for numerous Entitlements.

Trial and error attempts using CSV templates have been unsuccessful.  Is it possible to modify this field in a bulk scenario? Does the SAV file need to be edited to reflect the Risk aspect?

You can update it using custom query job.

Is documentation for custom query creation readily available?

@khenrik did you explore the following options :

1. Uploading Entitlements using Schema Based Upload (saviyntcloud.com)

2. Uploading Entitlement Associations from CSV (saviyntcloud.com)

The columns do exist.  Does the RISK header need to be added to the entitlement.sav file?

Yes all headers should present in .sav file

securitysystems,endpoints,entitlementtype,entitlement_value,RISK

Currently no form of a CSV has worked.  Attaching CSV received from Saviynt support.  Still no luck.

How are you updating this ?

Admin - Ent - Action - Ent import or any other option ?

It turns out our DEV environment had an alias security system.  Added the correct name and all is good.
