Integrating with SCIM endpoints that don't have an OOB connector type

We have several SCIM endpoints that expose APIs to 3rd party consumers. Their requirement is to register the URL of the SCIM endpoint in Saviynt to establish a connection and have Saviynt on-board and off-board users from that endpoint.

Is it possible to connect to SCIM endpoints without using a REST connector (because these SCIM endpoints don't fall in the category of SCIM endpoints for which EIC has an OOB connector) to on-board and off-board users without going the traditional route of configuring the provisioning JSONs on a connection?

If the third party application provides scim enpoints then the same can be used in our EIC REST connector to implement the IGA use cases.

By SCIM endpoint I assume the usual /users and /groups endpoints with CRUD capabilities.

Currently you need to use REST Connector in Saviynt.
