As provided pre-requisites in the documentation, we have created the ibotuser in SSM. Also, we have assigned ROLE_SAV_ENDUSER to the user.
Please install the Bot Manager on the SSM cloud environment. The SSM URL and password for ibotuser will be shared separately.
Also, let us know the next steps after the Bot Manager installation.
