Incremental value generation for Service Account using Manage Service Account tile

Hi Team,
We want to implement manage service account functionality in Saviynt for our client.
But as per current functionality, they have a custom form for 3 types of service accounts(Service Account, Common Account, and Shared Mailbox) which we want to replicate in Saviynt.
Here the thing is apart from the account name that is collected from the form we want to generate the PIN also for each type of service account which is the initials of the type of service account + incremental value. For eg if it's of type service account it will have PIN SER45678 and the next one will be SER45679 and so on here the next incremental value it should take from max value +1 of the earlier account of the same type.
Now, how this can be implemented in Saviynt using Manage Service account tile?
Also, for the Shared Mailbox type of account, they provide the delegate in the form which will be added to the shared mailbox delegate list while account creation, how this can be achieved?

-PIN can be created using Dynamic attribute accounttype + Max of account's customproperty

- Delegate can be added as Rank1 custodian
