Incremental Azure AD access import job is failing in production

Hello Team , 
We are facing task failures for Azure AD access import job (incremental and Full both) . Error as below:
 
 StatusCode-404, Failed url-https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/servicePrincipals/key/appRoleAssignedTo?$top=999, Error Message - {"error":{"code"
 
Please suggest in this.

@Diptansu11 i clicked the above link .It saying Access token is empty.

Did you check the logs?

Please avoid sharing tenant id on public forum

You have mentioned the task failures for Azure AD. are both tasks and job failing for AD connection??

Did you check if the connection is successful.
