Including a second field besides status in provisioning comments?

Hello,

We are trying to include a second call to the variable affectedapplication in the success scenario of our freshdesk json code.

The original code looks like this:

The provisioning comments now only have ticket status code. Is there any way to add an extra field to the provisioning comments?

The Provisioning comment is not editable or customizable.
