In-progress status not showing up

Hi Team,

We have notice a discrepancy in Certification, can't see the In-progress status. Attaching a ss below

Any suggestion, why it is not showing up?

@vyadav : Are you running CampaignProgressRefreshJob? If not please run it at regular intervals to automatically update the progress.

Alternatively you can click on Refresh Progress button to update the progress. But as mentioned to automatically update you should run the above mentioned job at regular intervals

Can you elaborate problem statement?

  • does status is not getting updated as progress ? >> run CampaignProgressRefreshJob
  • does status is not available on dropdown for filter ?
