Import Error

Hi Everyone! We are trying to import in Saviyt but we are getting  'No request submitted'. We met the conditions in this article but we are still getting the message. https://forums.saviynt.com/t5/community-knowledge-base/how-to-configure-required-access-to-user-tran...

We also make sure that the one who exported the file is the one importing it. The version is 23.1

Hi @jezzanuena ,

1. Can you make sure the workflow is loaded properly?

Navigate to Admin > Workflows > Make sure you see the below tick on the workflow.

If it is not loaded then open the workflow > Send it for Approval > Approve it from Workflow list page in order to load workflow correctly.

2. Can you share a screenshot of workflow you are using?
