Identifying if the entitlement is requestable or not

Hi all,

Is there any way to identify with an SQL query to pull out the list of entitlements and confirm if they are requestable or not. I am looking at entitlement_values but unable to find one specific to requestable or not?Also I am aware that there is "REQUESTABLE" column in endpoints table,but basically we would need at entitlement level.

Basically we have identified there are more than 1k entitlements which needs to be updated with correct owners , have pulled the list already but just need to add the parameter related to requestable and rerun the same query.

This is depend of application configuration 

either entitlement type query or global configuration whether entitlement requestable if owner set to false or trye
