Hybrid implementation - Automated reconciliation and provisioning to ServiceNow as Ticketing System

Hi folks,

We are exploring feasibilities for integration a target application at customer end which does not support Provisioning, only reconciliation.

Would the below scenario be possible ?

  • Reconciliation : Use the target application technology to pull accounts and entitlements
  • Provisioning : Leverage ServiceNow as Ticket System, using a "Service Desk Connection" in the Security System in order to open tickets.
