How to use Saviynt Identity bot to import Users for disconnected application?

Hi Team,

Can anyone help us in the following requirement where we need to use RPA Connector for Saviynt Identity bot to import users from disconnected application using flat file export.

We tried to follow the Saviynt documentation but there are very few details mentioned there.

Hi Hitesh,

Can you please help me understand why you are preferring to use Identity Bot for this requirement? From the details mentioned in your post, You can use the Schema upload to achieve this requirement.

Hi Sailanumuri,

The requirement for us is to automate all the process flow from users generation to user onboarding in Saviynt. While using Saviynt Identity bot, we want to generate CSV file automatically and then transfer the file into certain folder from where we can do the Schema based upload in our Saviynt tenant. Currently they are using manual process for CSV File generation and we want to provide solution to them that is completely automated using this feature.

We want to explore this feature of Saviynt so that all the disconnected application that are currently available in our client's system can be converted into Automated system using identity bot.

Note. We need this in our Saviynt tenant which is running in Saviynt 23.1 version.
