How to update Bulk upload file screen

Hello all, 

We have a requirement to allow users to upload excel files for bulk upload..but that screen also has from down to select roles..is there any way we can remove the roles from dropdown along with the toggle button Enforce Account Name Rule Evaluation?

Screen Popup is not configurable Please raise enhancement ticket on Idea Portal.
