Hi

We could see Expired Campaign (Overdue Campaign) is still shown in user dashboard, like 2021 and 2022 and Q1 2023 are still visible in user dashboard,

Hence to avoid confusion wanted to know how to remove/Erase those campaign from user ?

Kind regards

Hi @Shashank

Create a job trigger of type  Expire Attestation based on End Date (ATTESTATIONEXPIREDJOB) and run it to change campaigns from "Overdue" state to "Expired" state.

Thanks,
Smitha

Is the data in the dashboard coming from any query , if yes then please add the required conditions in the query to filter out expired campaign and in order to do this , make sure that below is performed.

Also do run campaign expiry job so that over due campaigns are not seen in "In Progress" filter in the Attestation --> Campaign page.

Hey, Devang thanks for the details. We are just checking if there is any way to remove the expired campaign from Saviynt which is like a year old.

No you can’t remove old data for audit reasons

Hi @Aniketk

No, this cannot be done and it is not advisable to remove the expired campaign  for audit purpose.

Is there any impact if you have expired campaign in your Saviynt system?

There is no impact.

Ok, in that case let it remain in Saviynt.
