How to make a user capable to view the certifications pending with him under pending certification

Hi Team,

What feature access and web service should I add in a SAV role so that any user assigned with that SAV role gets to view the certification pending with him under pending certification in the Home page?

Hello @Debankita ,

Try by adding below , on 2021 version You can directly add OOTB Sav_Role "ROLE_SAV_ENDUSER " as it has all the required access for this.

All the feature access and web services  are added but still the pending certification part is not coming in the ARS. Can you please help me to understand what can be the issue.
