How to import workday entitlement description using RAAS mapping

Hi Team, Through workday connector we are collecting the entitlements and we have specified the access types in ACCESS_IMPORT_LIST section and using Access Import Job(Application Data Import Job Type) we are collecting the entitlements. These entitlements are collected from workday SAV reports, and reports are created for each entitlement types. We would like to import the entitlements descriptions also from workday reports to Saviynt. Can anyone please provide some information on what are the changes we need to do in order to import descriptions to Saviynt? Thanks & Regards, Lakhitha

Please find the below details for one of the entitlement type.

For DomainSecurityPermissions entitlement type, please find the below API response in XML & CSV format.

We want to collect these entitlement description to Entitlement Description & Entitlement Glossary field.

Please let us know is there any way to achieve that.

We don't have entitlement import mapping in workday connection.

But we have specified the entitlement types in ACCESS_IMPORT_LIST section. From this its collecting the entitlements. Is there any way we can specify the entitlements mapping in workday connection?

Hi @Lakhitha 

Currently, it is not possible to bring in extra attributes and map them because the fields that are imported and the entitlement attribute mapping is hardcoded in the connector.

But you can raise an enhancement request in the Ideas Portal to get this implemented in the connector.
