How to hide/remove base account for user manager campaign

Is it possible to hide/remove base accounts as we only want to certify entitlements in a user manager campaign?

You can try including entitlements only as your objects to include for review

In the User Manager Configuration, you can choose objects to be included in certification as only entitlements and not choose accounts. Please refer below screenshot.
