How to generate report for Out - of the band access

How to generate a analytics report of all such account which are directly created at the target end not via saviynt, In this documentation they are directly creating deprovisioning access task.

Will below help anyways?

If the account is created from Saviynt, there should be arstaskkey present in the accounts table.

If the arstaskkey is not present in that case we can assume that account was brought into Saviynt as part of import and hence might have been created directly in the target.
