Hi Team,

We have a requirement that in an entitlement owner campaign the certifiers should be able consult only with the secondary certifiers if they want to consult any access. In order to satisfy the requirement, we need to restrict the users to which the certifier can consult to secondary certifiers. Can anyone please help me with the query which will help me to fetch the secondary certifiers by using Consult/Reassign User query in a campaign.

As per the behavior , secondary certifier will get the certification under their queue to take action.

The ability to lock the campaign will only be with the Primary Certifier.
