How to delegate a campaign to another certifier

Hi All,

Have a query regarding campaign, my query is Suppose original certifier is on leave then how can we delegate a certificate to any other certifier in the organization so that it can get completed.

Hello Jaya,

Based on the Saviynt version you are on, you could utilize the "Certification Reassignment" feature under Policy Settings in the Campaign Configuration.

Hi Jaya,

  In that case you can make use of "manage delegations" to delegate all the approvals, certification etc.. to another person in  case of his absent timeframe. Based on your comment it sounds like v5.5SP3 does not have the certification reassignment option. Can you please confirm?

@johnson to the best of my knowledge, It is supported fo v2020 and above.

Yes we suggested this option to the business but they don't want that as an security concern because it will delegate all the accesses of a user to another.

So I think this certification delegation can be taken as a enhancement request.

Yes. Since this feature is already there in higher Saviynt versions, you can work with your CSM to see what options you have. Thank you.
