How to create New Tile in Home page in v23.3?

How to create a Tile in the Home page named as "User Start Date" which displays the Users list to select multiple from the list & give the required date as Joining Date in an Attribute named as "Start Date", so that the date will reflect in the Start Date field of the User.

Hi @Saviynt_Savvy ,

They use to allow to add custom tiles on homepage in the older version from global configurations but newer version they are not supporting it, as mentioned by @armaanzahir .
