How to change account status from manually provisioned to active?

Hello,

I have created an account via request for others. the account is created successfully but its status is "manually provisioned".  it was actually created via custom connector automatically once request submitted.

How can I change it to active automatically or manually?

Hi @IAMI ,

When a request is raised for a new account, once the request is approved and tasks are provisioned to target, the account is created in saviynt with status 'Manually provisioned'.

Once the target application data import is run, then the status of the account gets changed to active once the account is imported successfully from target application. So if you want the account status to be changed to 'Active', please run the application data import adhoc or wait for the scheduled run if there is already one configured. 

Please do not change the status manually or through custom query as it is not recommended and also not a standard process.
