Hi Team,

We have an requirement to process all the tasks for disconnected applications without doing it manually . As per the product behavior , tasks which are belong to Disconnected application will not be picked by the WSRETRY JOB and we need to manually provision the tasks. Is there anyway to automate this process ?

Thanks,
Aravind

Did you run the WSRETRY JOB for disconnected application, if yes what is the behavior?

Ideally the task status should be marked as Completed.

Another option would be to run custom query job to pick all the task (from disconnected application endpoint) which are in pending state for disconnected application and mark the status as Complete.

Thanks

Hi,

if you leave the "Provisioning Connection" empty in your Security System and enable "Automated Provisioning" then the WSRETRY job for the application should complete them.

Share your Sec. system config. details and your version if it doesn't work.

What is your Saviynt version? Our dummy connection stopped working for "Add access" tasks after we got upgraded to 5.5 SP3.18.
