How we can add the clients logo in every email templates. 

I have followed the below mentioned step to upload the logo in email : 

Click the Insert image icon and on the Insert image dialog box, specify the URL of the image you want to use in the email template. You can upload the images from either an external server or EIC.

client logo already uploaded in User interface branding configuration and i have used same image and URL but in the image is not disaplayed in email template . find below the screen shot for reffrence

Is there any other option to upload the clients logo in email template ?

Are you on version v2021.0.4 or above? If not then you would need to create a freshdesk ticket to Enable Images for Email Template and share the image file. Refer below documentation if you are on lower version.
