How to activate an 'InActive' entitlement via SFTP

Hi,

We are following the .sav file formatting below and have used the following line: "ENTITLEMENT_VALUES_NOT_IN_FILE_ACTION=INACTIVE"

The entitlement becomes InActive when it does not exist in the entitlements file. When we upload a new entitlements file containing the entitlement, we are not seeing the status change to 'Active'. Is there a special configuration that needs to be set in the .sav file? Upon importing the new entitlements file, we have the 'Status' set to 1, but are not seeing anything change within the endpoint.

Thanks,
Mariella

Use Delete Value

ENTITLEMENT_VALUES_NOT_IN_FILE_ACTION

Specify the action to take for entitlements that are present in EIC but not included in the CSV file:

The options are:

  • Delete: Use this action to remove the existing entitlements from EIC and upload the entitlements from the CSV file.

  • No Action: Use this action to retain the existing entitlements in EIC and upload the entitlements from the CSV file.
