How can we manage termination process through organization update rules

Hi All,

Requirement :whenever any organization is made inactive, users belonging to that organization should be made inactive and disable account task should be triggered on the day of termination then after 10 days access removal tasks and after 120 days remove account task should be triggered.

currently we have created the organization update rule , which will change the status of user from active to inactive and then creates the remove access/remove account task on the day of termination only and if user is rehired tasks will be still in pending state which is kind of blocker.

another thing we are unable to find a way to create disable account task through organization update rule to be triggered on the day of termination only.

Please let us know if any suggestions on this.
