How can we bulk update account type attribute and account owner as Primary Certifier

Hi Experts,

1. For service account campaigns we have to set Account Type attribute to 'Service' for 1000+ accounts. We have uploaded the data using CSV file but the problem is for newly created service accounts the account type attribute is blank. We need a solution to update "Account Type" attribute as "Service" while importing the accounts into the saviynt.(AD based integration)
2. For all 1000+ accounts need to add primary certifiers automatically based on manager field from active directory .
