Hi Team,
For an Entitlement owner type Campaign, I am not able to enable the "Consult" option for a reassigned certifier. The reassigned certifier is able to view the option but is not able to consult the user access with some other user.
Please suggest me the required settings in order to activate the consult option for an reassigned certifier.

Please try using following config, while configuring the new Campaign.

Hi Rakesh,
I have already tried with this option. With this option being enabled the original certifier is able to consult not the reassigned certifier.

As a functionality, whatever settings are chosen during campaign launch will apply to original certifier as well as reassigned certifier in EO campaign during entitlement ownership verification as well as access/membership approval steps.
Since consult is enabled during campaign creation, the reassigned user should be able to consult.
Please retry with the show consult option and post any particular error you see during consulting.
