Hide dynamic attributes in ARS form for an application

We have created a few dynamic attributes for an endpoint to do condition check in the workflow and would like to hide them for user when requesting entitlement in the ARS form. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I tried the above options and getting error message during request submission.

Yes, we have "Expose hidden dynamic attributes in workflow" option enabled in Global configuration and below is the error message I received when trying to submit the request. Please advise.
