Hi,

I have to integrate the GitHub application and facing the challenge to import the accounts from application. Application Data Import Job runs successfully. But it does not import the accounts from the application to Saviynt and there is no error in the logs also.

Connection Type: GithubRest

ImportAccountJSON: Using the given sample JSON format in https://saviynt.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000639336-githubrest-connector-guide

Thanks

Did you validate the APi via Postman?

Any Error in logs?

In the logs there is no error and able to fetch the accounts from postman also.

I have doubt that something is wrong in the ImportAccountJSON or any other json which can impact the import accounts?

Vikas

If you are on 23.1 the documentation you referenced is probably out of date. Have you tried onboarding through AOB?

The original post lists v23.1 as the application version.
