Hi Team,
We are using a SNOW ticketing integration that uses request ID to fetch tasks related to specific request. This works fine when requests are made manually, but when tasks are generated by rules, there is no Request ID generated.
Due to this our ServiceNow ticket is not getting generated.
Please assist.

Hello @Manu269,
When you say rules, I'm assuming Technical Rules.
If the processing is via Technical Rules, tasks are created, not a request. There is no workflow associated nor any request created, hence no request ID.

Request IDS are only generated when they requested from ARS. Technical rules will not create request id
