Future dated onboarding

For the future dated onboarding, the detective job should be run on a daily basis so that if there are any users that satisfy the condition (startdate=currentdate) the birth right access will be assigned.

I created the job trigger and ran the job then only pending tasks created .

Currently job is deprecated.

Can we same job to create pending tasks ?

It is not recommended to use detective rules, given the time detectiverulerun job takes time to execute. In your case you can create non-detective update rule with SAV4SAV to update the user's custompropertyX when startdate==currentdate. On the custompropertyX updation you can trigger update rule and through update rule trigger technical rule to create pending tasks.
