Hi Team,

We want to import account and entitlement association through a csv upload, what would be the format for the csv? As we can see there  is no 'entitlement value' attribute in the sample csv. Could you please help on this.

Thanks

Thanks for your quick response,

Entitlement Type we can add, but how we can specify the "Entitlement Value" to associate an entitlement with a particular account while uploading the csv?

On each line you will specify account name & entitlement value to be associated with account

So, can we add one separate column for entitlement value?

Yes, the column heading will be the Entitlement Type Name of the application (Groups) and the values which you put in different rows will be different entitlement values which you want to associate with an account. (One account to entitlement association per row)

There must be a separate entry for each line which has account and entitlement name.

Do not end up putting data as comma separated.
