Form is not loading for a user

Hello,

User is able to select the application in the ARS page, but not been able to select the group on step 2.

The form doesn't load, and the next option is greyed out in step 2.

We don't see any errors in the logs, when the same application is selected for other users the form loads, and the entitlements are groups are loaded on the ARS for selection.

Has anyone come across this error? How can this be resolved?

Can you please share the screenshot? Are you saying if you submitting request for self then form is not loading whereas Request for Other is loads as expected?

When users select the application and goes to second step to select entitlement the form is not loading.

Is this only happening for specific user? Because you also mentioned for other users on same application it is loading is so can you please share screenshot of the working one?

@Bharath ,

 Is any dynamic attributes or entitlments (avaible groups) in that endpoint have any logic based on user profile. If so that user for which its loading the the page doesn't fulfill that condition or exception on data is not handled in configuration? Can you share the screen shot of dynamic attributes configuration and entitlment type screen sshots fo that endpoint.?

two dynamic attributes are being used to display user's disaplay email ID. Which is as seen in the ARS page screenshot; there is only a entitlement type being used "group" to diasplay the group on the form for selection.
